Unlike the modern Christianity where Demons are figured as evil, in Greek tradition those spirits were neutral, serving both evil and good via the orders of the Higher Hierarchies like the Archons and Deities like Yaltabaoth and Abraxas. Greeks also used the word Ευδαιμονία (Good demon) when they want to call something as good or lucky.
All the other spirits work by binding too but they have to agree with the Law of Karma and Time (unlike Djinns ) and many times they act like tricksters with terrifying results, like many Saints of the Orthodox religion, that were brutally executed back in their days for the name of religion and they left wondering in the middle pillar for many years looking for a way out.
Orthodox Christians are calling those spirits via a variety of rituals like Παρακλήσεις and they bind those spirits with the offering of gifts as we do in all traditional white and black magic rituals, and they call it Τάματα.
Those spirits in some cases work as Miracle workers in their attempt to receive energy from this dimension, as they get a great benefit by the focus of our attention and invocations, fear or necessity, cause they can transmute those energies for their benefit.
A proper invocation of a Djinn has real results without any need of necessity or fear based calling, as their original purpose was to fulfill the wishes of the human beings as helpful spirits. Those spirits can be activated only by certain methods of invocation and proper spelling of their Power Words, as also by the acknowledgement of which Djinn is closer to your Zodiac sign or energy blueprint as also proper days and hours of the ritual.
In some cases they might act as tricksters only to see if you have any fear left inside but they wont harm you unlike the spirits of actual dead people who wonder in the middle pillar. I personally found out a powerful Djinn which works in the second hour of the day and the most effective approach to it, is a combination of Egyptian, Qabalistic and LBRP practices and also there is no need for any kind of offering once you finish as they feed of the energy of the ritual and the use of the Power Words.
